Job Requirements:
Should be working as a Area Sales Manager at least last 1 years.
- MBA with 1-5 years of Managerial experience handling team size of 5 -7 in hard core OTC / FMCG companies/Telecom/Consumer Durable
- Young, Energetic, enterprising in nature.
- MBA Premier B Schools
- Should have a sound market knowledge & good track record in Sales
- Should possess good communication, selling, analytical, relationship, team building skills, strong in strategy & cerebral thinking
- Should have experience in launching new products / brands in the market
- Age- till 35-37 yrs
Location:-
1). Mumbai - Covering Thane District, Navi Mumbai, Nashik & Goa
2). Hubli - Covering North Karnataka. Will not handle Bangalore
3). Vijaywada - Covering AP
4). Coimbatore - Rest of TN not Chennai
5). Nagpur - Handling Nagpur, Vidharbha region & Chattisgarh
6). Kolkata - Based out of Kolkata handling north Bengal (like malda, coochebehar, siliguri etc..)
7). Patna - Will be based out of Patna handling Bihar & Jharkhand
8). Gurgaon - Will be based out of Gurgaon handling entire Haryana
9). Cochin - Looking after entire kerala
Job Description:
- Accountable for achieving the required direct distribution plan, desired availability & visibility and meet the monthly targets by territory
- To ensure tracking of input & out parameters on daily basis
- To create consumer network distribution & increase the output
- To ensure coordination & 100% implementation of the company strategies
- To lead & motivate field force in field
- To give feedback regularly to line manager & HO on market information & development
- To build relationship with distributors, key retail outlets & retail chains.
