Area Sales Manager - On Trade - Brewery

- Experienced sales professional with ~10 years of experience in a similar role in Goa. Past work experience in a recognized mid-sized firm with challenger brands in the spirits industry is preferable, though similar experience in the food & beverage sector serving the hospitality industry would also be considered.

- Excellent field discipline, ability to take on challenges, great sales & customer-oriented skills, strong communication skills, ability to work independently, and confidence are some of the key personal attributes.

- A strong academic background will be a plus.

- Launching New Liquor Portfolio for Goa Market.

- Maintaining P&L and budgets.

- Planning & Leading new Marketing Initiatives.

- Planning Strategies to increase Visibility and Market Share.

- Leading On Premise and Off Premise Team.
