- Qualification - Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical, Automotive, Chemical
- Experience - 4+ years in of experience in Business development and Sales (B2B) in Electronic/Transportation Industries like 4W, 2W, Commercial vehicle, Railways, etc.
Must have technical knowledge about adhesive used in Automotive/ Appliances Industry and must be able to conduct technical seminar. Must have experience of dealer management and OEM.
Job Description :
- Achievement of Sales for assigned geography/assigned set of customers
- Drive conversion of sales opportunities in line with annual and quarterly sales plan
- Monitor and ensure achievement of sales plan by dealers and their sales to key secondary customers
- Responsible for end-to-end ownership which includes sales, capturing of market insights and Major Initiative execution in the assigned geography.

- Feedback to Product Specialists/ Technical Service Manager on New products launched.
- Give regular inputs to RSMs on product level forecasting
Key Skills :
- Strong Communication & Negotiation skills and with an approach of leading. Should have good Networking and presentation skills. Should speak any one South Indian language
- Sales and Marketing Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
- Knowledge about Industrial business operation, B2B.
