Relevant exp.:
- Must be 3+ years of exp. into Sales.
- Team management experience is mandatory
- Good communication skills.
- Shift Timing - General shift
- 6 Days working

Education Requirements - Must have technical education background
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for sales result in assigned area.
Planning sales target and building up sale strategy in area of responsibility
To develop sales force competency in order to have strong workforce to meet companys requirement.
Managing and controlling the sales team to meet the sales objectives and sales target
Liaise with relevant departments to get information support to sales team to ensure sales operation meet or exceed the target
Keep high level of service for customer
Report and evaluate sales status in agreed format and frequency
Monitor, control sales performance following company procedure
Prevent the fraud and minimize the risk
Desired Profile :
Post Graduate + 36 months of sales management experience
Supervisory skills: ability to coach, mentor and inspire
Should be well-versed with Local language and good Command in English
Computer literacy: internet, email, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
Presentation: Confidence with verbal presentation, medium to advanced selling capabilities
Willing to travel and work long hours
Result orientation: ability to set and review targets
Market knowledge: overall knowledge of market and competitors
Relationship building skills: ability to develop and manage relationships with dealers
