Department: Sales (Mortgage loans)

- The area sales manager role is to evaluate and authorize approval loan applications for customers or for business.
- You will act as team manager who will help relationship managers in liaison between customers and our financial institution and you will help qualified applicants acquire loans in a timely manner.
Job Duties:
- Achieve targets through lead generation and fulfillment from the Open Market and alternate channels.
- Monitoring and managing Team and setting targets for them.
- Develop and Manage team's Network for mortgage loans in Geographical region.
- Analyze and formulate the sales plans and strategy and achieve the revenue budget through the team of Sales Managers and Relationship Manager.
- Preparing and maintaining various MIS reports for the reference of top management.
- Track performance on an ongoing basis with respect to the business plan and take appropriate actions to achieve targets.
- Assists in negotiation of terms and follows through to closing.
- Implements procedures and training to prevent frauds.
Requirements:
- Must be Tech Friendly
- At least 5 year Experience in Home loan and DSA and DST Channel
- Network of active DSAs.
- Team management experience
- Able to train and nurture the team
