The role will largely be self-driven - the primary responsibility of the new recruit will be to set up the Delhi-NCR market from scratch and over time lead the sales in Northern India. This will involve extensive travel across the territoy on a daily basis.

- Candidates with 2-4 years experience post-MBA in MT or GT sales in food FMCG category are welcome to apply.

- This is a senior role and candidate will be working closely with our board which is constituted by Parle biscuits team, seasoned entrepreneurs, ex- IIM-A professors, etc.

- We are opening to issuing ESOPs based on candidate's interest.

Primary responsibilities:

- Planning and executing a customized sales strategy, including the appointment of stockists, super-stockists, distributors, and MT retailers for Delhi NCR Market.

- Maintaining and increasing sales of your company's products.

- Reaching the sales targets and goals set for your territory.

- Setting and achieving sales targets for individual reps and your team as a whole.

- Ensure healthy secondary offtake through active promotional activities, BTL marketing activities, and customer education.

- Allocating territories to sales team and distributors.

- Collecting customer feedback and market research

- Reporting to senior managers

- Keeping up to date with products and competitors

Sourcing & Screening Guidelines:

- The candidate must have 2-4 years post MBA work experience in FMCG sales.

- Institutes preferred - IIMs and Tier-1 B schools.

- Age less than 30 only

- Excellent written and oral communication skills.

- Should have led sales team at ground level.

- Sales experience in Delhi NCR market is required, along with experience of handling distributors for Class A/A+ outlets, local and national MT chains.

- We prefer candidates who have previously worked in the confectionary and biscuits category (premium products).

CTC: According to market rates and current remuneration.
