- Will be responsible to drive primary & secondary business through a mix of national & regional chains.
- Will manage & strengthen relationships with key accounts so as to achieve long term sustainable & profitable growth consistency with overall strategy.
- Ensure stock availability and timely listing of products with the Modern Trade accounts.
- Planning and execution of all trade marketing activities for the modern trade channel, new product launches and brand promotion to get the desired brand visibility.
- Ensuring timely collections, monthly reconciliation sign-offs as per the TOT(Terms of Trade)
- Coordinate with branch sales teams on day to day basis for Purchase Orders (PO)/ Sales Return Notes (SRN), pricing and schemes launched for the modern trade channel from time to time.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide feedback to the management on new launches/ tie-ups etc.
- Will be responsible for product management which includes forecasting, availability, pricing, listing, merchandising, sharing of shelf space etc.
- Will be responsible for sales management which includes targets, margins, category, rentals payout etc.
- Activation efficiency measurement with regional teams and finalize deliverables KPIs
