Urgent opening for Area Sales Manager with one of the New FMCG Company.
Location : Delhi/NCR
Job Description :
- Manage and train the Sales team. Hold regular meetings with them, motivate, and drive them to meet their daily targets
- Build relationship with store owners and generate orders (P.O's) from them on a regular basis.
- Ensure appropriate display and FIFO management, and adequate stocking of products in the stores.
- Expand the team of in store sales promoters through head hunting, and referencing. Recruitment is supported by the central HR recruitment team
- Maintain various records as may be required, like attendance records, sales records, and inventory records. Ensure reporting compliance
- Adhere to the company established standards for operations and processes.
- Ensure collection of payments from the stores on a timely basis.
