Role Description -
Key Responsibilities:
- Driving hyper business through promoter & coordinating with hyper store concern person.
- Visiting all hyper store to maintain relationship with store people, display, account recon.
- Driving the team of Promoters to deliver the picture of success at the point of sales.
- Managing & driving sales of Modern retail accounts.
- Aggressive, motivated, take self-initiative for complete work.
Job specification -
Job knowledge:
Channel management, dealer networking, sales schemes design and implementation.
Additional Attributes:
Self driven, Good analytical skills with a strong sense of commitment and ownership of responsibilities. Ability to take initiative and work independently, as & when required. Must be above board in terms of financial & personal integrity.
Salary offered - 8-10 LPA
