Job Description: Area Sales Manager (Men's Personal Care Brand).
Salary: Up to 15 LPA (including fixed and variable components).
- To increase the width and depth of distribution in the Emerging Markets, which would translate into acquisitions and revenues and increase channel satisfaction levels.
- To develop excellence in distribution in Emerging Markets through effective planning and gaining market share from the competition.
- Ensuring product availability within the consumer reach.
- The incumbent will be responsible to achieve sales targets, maintain a good relationship with dealers and distributors, understand & analyze competitors' products and drive distributors to attain targets.
- To manage and drive sales through distribution in order to attain market leadership in the given territory, through growth in gross numbers and revenues.
- Deliver sales target for all products by executing the distribution strategy at the channel partner level.
- Monitor quality of acquisition through the distribution channel.
- Ensure availability of stock at retail while adhering to the norms.
- Execute promotional activities for channel partners to drive sales and build market credibility.
- Achieve a zonal revenue target for the distribution channel across all products.
- Keep motivation levels high through regular meetings with distributors, retailers, off roll sales representatives.
- Achievement of key targets in the distribution network (Sales, Revenue) in the territory.
