Position Title: Area Sales Manager
Related Experience: 6 - 12 Years
Job Location: Punjab
Purpose of Function :
To achieve the sales budget for quota for products/solutions. Increase market penetration in your Defined Geographic Area, manage sales & marketing activities and develop new accounts.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Active development of customer relationships, long-term partnership with customers defined by rules in his defined geographic area
- Follow standard sales process, Precise Sales forecasting, Responsibility for sales Budget (Net revenue & margin), Negotiate & close the deals
- Customer relationship management (history of customers, customers installed base by Competitors, won/lost order analysis in the Area, plan A, B customers). Information on Market share should be able to determine customers- / partners- needs, prepare an action plan for the Sales partners- in the area for budget achievement
- Participates on road shows and exhibitions, Monitors market, competitor and customer development - informs Zonal Manager, Modality managers about market trends. Continually updates CRM, market/product analysis with a product specialist. Regular update of CRM and maintaining funnel of 200% of opportunities.
- Assists in payment receivables management
Position Requirements :
Education: B.E. Biomedical will be preferred
If No or any Engineering degree with Management Qualification will be considered
