- Reaching and exceeding targets and goals set for your city/area
- Focus to continually increase the book size and profitability of the assigned area/city
- Getting, tracking and converting leads/referrals from existing customers, branches, customer care unit to increase customer /loan base and cross sell products to customers.
- Drive the day-to-day business through various activities and manage all promotional activity in your area / city
- Review and ensure clients document completeness
- Responsible for ensuring the overall process of loan disbursement gets completed to the client
- Handle various Business Loan products and implement strategies towards enhancing market penetration, business volumes and growth.
- Keeping up to date with products and competitors
- Setting sales targets for individual reps and your team as a whole
