Role Overview:
As the Frontline Sales Team Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the front line sales team to achieve sales targets and enhance market penetration.
You will also play a crucial role in maintaining dealer relationships, resolving escalated issues, and ensuring the efficient implementation of finance schemes.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership and Management:
Lead, motivate, and manage the front line sales team to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
Interview, select, and recommend Dealership Marketing Associates (DMAs) and Customer Service Managers (CSMs) for final approval.
Sales Strategy and Execution:
Drive the sale of finance schemes to customers both within and outside the dealership in alignment with targets.
Analyze various sales reports to identify opportunities and take corrective actions with the dealership and frontline sales team.
Provide regular updates to Regional Managers (RMs) on targets versus achievements, escalating issues as necessary.
Relationship Management:
Foster and strengthen relationships with dealerships through effective communication and support from the frontline sales team.
Resolve escalated issues promptly to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Training and Development:
Coordinate with the training team to enhance the skills and efficiency of the frontline sales team.
Implement training programs as needed to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
Operational Excellence:
Ensure compliance with post disbursal documentation (PDD) requirements such as RC details.
Maintain high standards of operational efficiency and customer service within the sales team.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the finance or automotive industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with dealerships and resolve issues effectively.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and implement strategic initiatives.
Bachelor's/ degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
