Description

Reporting into the Regional Head, you will be responsible for:

- Acting as a leader for the Modern Trade team in the area and manage the relationship with key Modern Trade retailers in the region

- Responsible for sales in the Modern Trade channel through Shop-in-Shops in their area

- Lead a team of 10 - 15 Experts deployed at Modern Trade / SIS outlets in your area

- Responsible for strong customer feedback and net promoter score metrics in the Modern Trade / SIS channel

Profile

- MBA 2013/14/15/16 batch or graduates from Good B Schools

- Graduates with exceptional track record can be considered

- Experience range required is 2-5 years

- Should have led a sales team

- The person should be willing to work in the field and should be comfortable with 6 day's work week with weekly off

- The role may require the candidate to work on public holidays for which a compensatory off will be given during the month

- Should have good consulting skills, judgement of people-based objectivity and intelligence
