Duties & Responsibilities (List in the order of importance the duties & responsibilities of this job):

1. Sell Loan against Property (LAP) Prime Markets products for the assigned locations.

2. Plan & execute the LAP Prime Markets strategy for the month/ quarter to ensure regional goals are over achieved.

3. Hire, train and manage the performance of the reporting team of Sales Managers

4. Identifying potential channel partners based on agreed profiles and ensure tie up is in accordance with the business plan & SOPs.

5. Relationship management with DSA, connectors & individual concerns where business leads can come from.

6. Control & monitor distribution network, plan sales promotion activities.

7. Handling the documentation and supporting customers with building the application files - mitigating issues.

8. Working with support functions for optimum TAT and service delivery.

9. Ability to understand business financials & assess health of cases.

10. Feed backing to customers on loan status & resolution required.

11. Must have customer centricity and create a culture of customer satisfaction across all levels within the team.

12. Maintaining database and MIS & reporting on a regular basis for the full team.

13. Cross sell of Insurance and related products.
