Job Descriptions:
- Own the institutional vertical with P&L responsibility
- Develop relationships with institutions and canteens (CSD/CPC); Drive customer engagement and listing with key accounts through alignment of business plans and joint business planning.
- Ensure consistent product launch in all available institutional channels and ensure availability of SKUs in all geographies.
- Drive market development and enhance market share, share of shelf in institutional canteens (CSD/CPC)
- Drive sustainable account growth with the right 5P execution (Assortment/Placement/Planograms/ Branding/Promotions & Pricing)
- Terms of trade negotiation, business development agreement and co-ordination with institutional customers
Candidate Profile:
We are looking for a candidate to manage our institutional channel based in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years- experience of sales in institutional channels (CSD/CPC) in a similar FMCG category as well as an MBA from a premier business school.
Essential Qualification:
- MBA from Tier- I school
- 2-5 years of experience in FMCG sales in institutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; resilient and able to perform under pressure
- Track record of delivery, goal oriented along with ability to set clear priorities and meets deadlines
- Result oriented, entrepreneurial and self-motivated
- Strong analytical skills to derive actionable insights from a lot of data
- Preferred FMCG industry with experience of working at large retail chains
Remuneration: As per experience and qualifications, comparable with the best in the industry
