Area Sales Manager - Industrial UPS

- The role will report into the Regional Business Manager for Industrial UPS Systems and will be responsible for developing and executing sales and business development strategies for managing channel partners and increasing market share.

Description

- Develop sales and business development plans for growing market share for the company in industrial UPS sector specifically in North India

- Employ, engage and develop strategic channel partners for bringing about business growth

- Support the business development team led by Regional Business Manager for consistently achieving sales targets

- Support product and marketing in creating relevant solutions for the key accounts in the assigned area

- Track relevant competition within the industry and develop strategies to reinforce the company's leading position in the market

Profile

- 5-10 years of relevant experience of business development in industrial UPS market in the North

- Should have good experience of working with channel partners in this sector

- Should be an Electrical Engineer with core technical understanding of industrial electrical market and products

- Should have excellent understanding of the major accounts within the assigned region with good understanding of client needs

- Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
