ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY:

- Development of Direct Industry Lubricant Distributors in Above Area

- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, markets, and potential partnerships to expand the company's reach.

- Develop and implement comprehensive business development plans aligned with the overall strategic objectives of -the organization.

- He will do survey and find out industrial distributors.

- Meet these distributors individually and then finalize these distributors for a particular territory.

- Understanding of Pricing Policy- He should be able to explain company business model to the distributors regarding pricing, delivery, payment individually.

- He should have technical knowledge of Industrial Applications as well as Industrial lubricants specially Soluble Cutting Oils as per his experience.

- He should have experience in Complaint Handling in Industrial applications and Lubricants.

Other Requirements:

- Comfortable using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.

- Ability to understand client needs and propose appropriate solutions.

- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.
