Area Sales Manager || Ho.Re.Ca Sales (Food & Beverage Industry)


Location: Hyderabad.

Department: Sales.

Reporting to: National Business Development Manager.

Job Description:


- The Area Sales Manager will manage sales for Ho.Re.Ca Business Segment.

- This would include sales for all the food and beverage products with which the company is dealing.

ROLE DIMENSIONS:

- Responsible for sales of the entire range of premium imported products for the assigned area.

- Also responsible for Secondary Sales for Ho.Re.Ca.

- Ensuring coverage, distribution, merchandising and visibility of all our brands as per company objectives.

- Focus on new product launch/re-launch to establish product in market & achieve / exceed defined sales targets.

- Collection of payments with orders & timely execution of follow-ups with distributors/direct account.

- Responsible for Sales management and activity tracking of the team and reporting as per guidelines.

- Training and development of all sales officers/ Territory Managers / Executives and merchandisers and promoters in the assigned area.

- Managing the commercial control on distributors (receivables, claims etc) and direct customers.

- Responsible for Relationship Building & Coordination with dealers, distributors & retailers etc.

- Responsible for Inventory management - at the distributors end (primary).

- Range Selling Ensure that all brands are distributed in each city and zone - all distributors should take our all brands, if existing are not taking any brand, then create new distributor.

CANDIDATE SKILLS:

- Effective persuasion and influencing skills (speaking and writing).

- Shows strong sales acumen- and good communication.

- Good Leadership, Team Building and relationship building skills.

- Must be goal-oriented.

- Passionate, driven and with high energy levels, positive attitude.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

- Experience up to 5 years in FMCG sales (preferred).

- Strong in-depth knowledge and experience of FMCG market.

- Should have experience of leading a team for at least 4-5 years.

- Should be high on self-motivation and goal driven.

- The candidate needs to be mobile with two-wheeler.

- Must have an android phone.
