- Looking for an ASM -FS for one of the leading FMCG Players having a good knowledge of HORECA channel.
- Achieve FS Value, Volume, Share & distribution targets through building a highly capable and an engaged team Implement.
- Support the delivery of food service GTM strategy with major end users, distributors (through identified distribution opportunities) and influence independent operators.
Achieve /Exceed Primary Volume & GP target for the territory.
- Implement GFSEP & deliver outlet expansion targets and other priorities in line with GFSEP agenda
- Recruit, develop, engage & create a high performing team
- Maintain physical presence in the area to engage with large channel Partners(DB)
- Influence sales force using fact-based selling techniques to enhance customer profitability with innovations
- Lead the review process with team to identify & exploit segment wise opportunities
