Position: Area Sales Manager-GT

Locations:
1. Hyderabad (He will look after Warnagal, Karimnagar, Nizamabad, Khammam, and little part of Hyderabad city)
2. Bangalore South
Experience: 6+ Years of Experience in similar territory from any FMCG (Personal Care, Beauty, OTC, Skin Care and Hygiene product category) Industry only
Note: Should have at least 2 Years of experience of Area Sales Manager Role
Qualification: MBA/PG Diploma from Premium School
Age Bracket: Max 42 Years
Job Responsibilities:
- Achieve primary and secondary sales targets for the assigned area.
- Develop monthly sales plans and forecasts, considering product shelf life.
- Effectively manage channels to maximize sales opportunities.
- Implement cost management strategies for resource optimization.
- Prepare month-wise business forecasts and benchmark against previous years.
- Analyze data and align with the Annual Operating Plan.
- Monitor competition closely and devise proactive plans to counter new entrants.
- Allocate manpower in different areas based on individual capabilities.
- Mentor, motivate, and guide team members to achieve sales and business goals, meeting monthly budgeted figures and activity ratios.
- Train subordinates to develop essential skills, including product knowledge, selling techniques, lead prospecting, and closing skills.
