As the Area Sales Manager - GT, you shall be responsible for managing Primary and Secondary Sales of the given Region.
What you will do:
- Leading a team of salesman.
- Managing Distributor Effectiveness.
- Managing existing distributors and also appointing new distributors for increase in sales volume
- Acting on behalf of the company as the representative of that area.
- Ensuring Revenue boost through GT and primary sales
- Effectively handling Channel Partner and Distributor issues.
Candidate Profile:
What you need to have:
- Graduate/PG with FMCG Background and experience
- Leadership skill and capability to motivate team.
- Channel Sales experience and Distributor management
