- Manage Sales and Marketing operations and accountable for volume and value growth
- Responsible for the primary and secondary sales analysis.
- New dealer / distributor acquisition and generating business from existing ones.
- Responsible for accurate stock forecasting based on sales trends.
- Forecasting.
- Data analysis and Sales planning.
- Ensure timely reporting.
- Timely submission and clearance of dealer/distributor claims.
- Short stock allocation planning.
- Team management and motivation.
- Handling and grooming sales team to ensure increase in the volume.
