Area Sales Manager - General Trade - FMCG

Key Responsibilities :

- Planning, forecasting and execution of business plans.

- Establishing strategic alliances / tie ups with financially strong and reliable channel partners.

- Identifying potential business prospects.

- Coaching, Mentoring and motivating on role and off role distributor team members.

- Devising marketing and promotional activates in order to increase the brand awareness.

Candidates Profile :

- An MBA from a premium institute (3 + years of experience ) or an MBA from a non Premier institute (6 + years of experience with proven track record of meeting targets and effectively managing the team .

- Female Candidates preferred.
