Your Roles & Responsibilities -

1. Deliver overall topline numbers along with new and focus products growths

2. Responsible for expansion of distribution network

3. Coach, train and review the sales field force for performance excellence

4. Manage channel partners, market hygiene, and maintain commercial discipline in the territory

5. Liaisoning with supply chain, RCSM, Commercial and HR team
