Area Sales Manager (Food Products & Spices)

You will be responsible for driving revenue growth within your designated region, primarily focusing on corporate and B2B customers. This position requires a proactive and aggressive sales approach and entails regular travel within the assigned area.

Key Responsibilities:

- Corporate and B2B Sales: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to target corporate clients and B2B customers in the Spices business segment.

- Institutional Sales: Leverage your experience in institutional sales to build strong relationships with key decision-makers in businesses, hotels, restaurants, and other relevant institutions.

- Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals for the assigned area.

- Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify new opportunities and potential threats.

- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular communication and excellent service.

- Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of our spice products, their applications, and benefits to effectively communicate with clients and address their needs.

- Sales Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and other documentation as required by the Sales Director.

- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, operations, and customer service to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.

- Travel: Be willing to travel within the assigned area to meet clients, attend industry events, and conduct market research.

Qualification And Experience:

1. MBA with Proven experience of 3-5 years in corporate and B2B sales within the Food Products or Spices or related industry with Strong background in institutional sales with a successful track record of achieving sales targets.

2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

3. Proactive and results-driven mindset.

4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
