Job Title and Designation: Area Sales Manager - FMCG Wellness
Experience : 8 - 15 years
Location : Hyderabad/Chennai/Bangalore
Academic : Graduate with MBA
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and appointment of distributors
- Make Distribution Plan and Implement the same
- Ensure In store visibility
- Conduct activities to increase consumer trials across the stores
- Identify opportunities to increase business and implement the same.
- Monitor and track retail off takes and suggest plan to improve the off takes.
- Motivate the distributors and encourage them to support the Brand growth
- Monitor Sales on a regular basis and take appropriate action.
- Keep track of all consumer promotions / schemes
- Ensure regular market visits and provide feedback on competitor activity
Industry Preference : FMCG Personal care and foods, OTC
