AREA SALES MANAGER- FMCG/PERSONAL CARE- UP (EAST)- 2+YEARS
Location: UP (EAST)
We are looking out for an indivisual with 2+year of experience in Handling General Trade & Modern Trade for Personal Care/Skincare/Haircare/Cosmetics categories for primary and secondary target achievement of the assigned territory.

Responsibilities:
1. Primary and secondary target achievement of the area.
2. Monthly Sales planning and forecasting, considering the shelf life.
3. Managing channel and cost.
4. Month wise business forecasting, bench the previous year.
5. Competition tracking & making proactive plans to counter the new entrants
6. Allocating manpower in different areas depending upon the individual capabilities.
7. Mentoring, motivating and guiding the team members ensuring sales-business generation and achieving budgeted figures, and activity ratio on a monthly basis.
8. Training subordinates to develop requisite skills; conducting training on products, selling skills, lead prospecting and closing skills.
Requirements:
1. Any graduate with Master's degree in Sales/Marketing preferred.
2. 2+ years of experience within a large Indian or multinational organization preferably within the FMCG industry with a major focus on Rural Channel, General Trade & Modern Trade.
3. Possess Strong analytical, problem solving & organizational abilities.
4. Should be well-versed with the local geography.
5. Possess exceptional team handling, relationship management & interpersonal skills.
