Area Sales Manager - Delhi/NCR

Job responsibility:
- The candidate will be a key member of the sales team reporting to the Sales Manager (West), and shall be responsible for achieving the sales targets.
- The candidate shall be responsible for leading and motivating a team of Customer Sales Executives and shall also be responsible for their development.
- Job responsibilities will include designing inputs towards target achievement, organizing consumer contact programs, coordination with C&FA and distributors and also the key accounts for the business.
- Should be proficient in the trade business within a FMCG setup.
- Sound understanding of the distributor network and functioning of the traditional trade channel
- Hands on experience in West in the traditional trade setup
- The candidate shall be responsible for leading and motivating a team of Customer Sales Executives and shall also be responsible for their development
- Other Job responsibilities will include designing inputs towards target achievement, organizing consumer contact programs, coordination with C&FA and distributors amongst other responsibilities
Qualifications:
- MBA with specialization in sales and marketing.
Experience:
- 5 to 6 years in multinational / professional companies, preferably at regional / branch level in a setup having C&F as similar level in the organization.
