Area Sales Manager - FMCG - IIM/MDI/ISB/FMS

- Manage business operations for City, with a team of ASEs and SOs, handling around 30 nos manpower

- Handling Sales Turnover handling around 80 Cr PA.

- Achievement of volume/value targets by Month/QTR/Year for the total region with a sharp focus on specific markets and Brands/Categories

- Decide prioritization of resources, and cost benefit of the same.

- Achievement of Infra Targets for the Region (Manpower, Distribution Expansion, SS's Expansion, Direct Town additions, Schemes )

- Reporting to RSM .

Candidate Requirement :-

- MBA Full-time from top 10 B-Schools Only

- From Any FMCG Company preferred
