Job Description - Reporting in to the Regional Head you will be responsible for:
- Ensure achievement of Sales targets both monthly and annually within laid down business terms for all brands
- Analyze the market situation and ensure accurate sales forecasting in line with company norms
- Monitor the performance of wholesaler's in meeting distribution objectives for the area and recommend new wholesaler appointments.
- Ensure optimum stock availability with wholesalers in line with the stock planning process
The Successful Candidate - You should be and only be from Premier B Schools (IIM's,XLRI,MDI,FMS, SP Jain, NMIMS, IIFT) from 2009-11 batch currently working in a FMCG set up. Please do not apply if you do not meet the Premier B School criteria. You should be flexible with location during the early years of your career.
