Job Description - Reports to the Regional Sales Manager/General Manager, the incumbent will Ensure coverage and distribution of brands as per company objectives
- Deliver the Trade and Financial sales by brand as per target in the assigned area
- Ensure market service standards as defined in terms of productivity, day utilization ,on time deliveries and visibility
- Plan and execute distribution and sales plans and forecasts
- Ensure good relations and service standards with all customers and trade and handle data management
- Train and develop of all team members in the assigned area
- Manage and control distributors and implement company policies and initiatives in the market
The Successful Candidate - 5 to 10 years of general sales experience in food or beverages sector
- MBA in Marketing from a reputed Business school
- Very good negotiation and leadership skills
- Very good understanding and knowledge of the Mumbai Markets
