Area Sales Manager for a leading FMCG Company
We are Looking for Area Sales Manager for one of our reputed client in FMCG sector.
Location: Delhi/NCR, Gujarat, Pune, Nagpur
Qualification & Experience: Any Graduate with MBA with at least 7-10 yrs of experience in Sales in FMCG.
Division: Snacks
Reports to: Zonal Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities:
1) Primary and Secondary target Achievement.
2) Monthly Sales Planning and forecasting.
3) Channel Management
4) Cost Management
5) Month wise Business forecasting
6) Bench marking the previous year data & aligning with the Annual Operation Plan.
7) Competition tracking & making proactive plans to counter the new entrants.
8) Allocate manpower in different areas depending upon the individual capabilities.
9) Mentor, motivate and guide team members ensuring sales - business generation and achieving budgeted figures.
10) Training subordinates to develop requisite skills; conducting training on products, lead prospecting and closing skills
