Job Role :
- Reaching the primary and secondary sales targets for the assigned Area and Distributors
- Responsible for Distributors Management including appointing new ones
- Develops Sales plans to achieve or exceed month/annual sales objectives for the region
- Responsible to hire, motivate, coach and retain the team of Sales Officers. Works together with SOs in the market and gives on the job training
