Area Sales Manager - FMCG
- MUST HAVE MBA - SALES / MARKETING (TIER 1/TIER 2 INSTITUTES PREFERRED)
- MUST HAVE 2+ YEARS OF FMCG EXP AT MANAGERIAL LEVEL for Guwahati & Agartala
- Role of Area Sales Manager but responsibility of a Regional Manager
- Must have handled a team of Sales officers and front-line sales representatives.
- Must have experience in consistently excelling in Sales, Infra and Distribution related Metrics.
- Channel exposure Must have handled General trade, Standalone Supermarkets, Wholesale Channel.
Responsibility :
- Delivering Sales Target assigned to Zone /Area
- Delivering Sales Volume Primary and Secondary target assigned to the Area
- Meeting Infrastructure targets
- Meeting Distribution expansion targets.
- People Management - Maintaining a conducive professional relationship with all business partners. Handling a team of Sales Officers (on roll) and driving the towards sales objectives
- Managing Team - Keeping them motivated, providing guidance, monitoring performance.
- Driving Local sales promotion schemes, Visibility campaigns and new product launches.
- Monitoring Budgets and utilizing the same to optimum level.
- Managing Depot - ensuring proper claim management, handling compliance issues.
- Analyzing competition scenario & reporting the same. MIS reporting
Skills/Qualifications :
- MBA fulltime - Sales/Marketing from a reputed Institute
- Candidates with minimum 8+ years of FMCG exposure at a managerial level
- Must have handled a team of Sales officers and front-line sales representatives.
- Must have experience in consistently excelling in Sales, Infra and Distribution related Metrics.
- Channel exposure : Must have handled General trade, Standalone Supermarkets, Wholesale Channel.
