- Preparation and achievement in collaboration with the Regional Manager, the budgeted sales target and order booking for the Territory
- Achieving Primary and Secondary sales and remittance
- Reviewing of performance of teammates and guide them on techno-commercial decisions and motivate them to create a cohesive team.
- Distribution expansion width and depth. Exercise tight cost control and achieve budgeted gross margin and net profit
- Daily updating the secondary sales to RSM & Zonal office.
- Merchandizing
- Management of RSS and Trade. Administrations of leave matters and ensure the standards discipline of the Team
- Co-ordinate with flow of information between market, Regional Office, and Corporate office. Keep accounts updated and send timely reports to the concerned authorities as per companys policy and guidelines.
- Reporting market related and competitors activities
- New products launch and feed back
- Train and develop distributors sales man
- Maintain Data Base.
- Sales planning and local strategizing
- Achieve annual business growth as defined from time to time.
