The current profile will be handling North Kolkata, Central Kolkata, 24 Pgs. based out of Kolkata.
Reporting: ZSM (Zonal Sales Manager)
KRA's:
- Lead and manage a team to achieve company objectives by providing them proper training and direction.
- To build good infrastructure preparing the Area for development projects.
Major Accountabilities:
- Area Infrastructure planning
- Sales forecasting
- Sales Plan Implementation
- Key account management
- Managing Rural opportunities
- Training and development
- Third party management
- Promotion planning and monitoring
- Potential Challenges
- Establishing the company as a strong brand
- Taking the Area to a new high on Distribution and Visibility
- Adding more Dos
- Training Dos and retaining them for a longer period.
- WS expansion with some more aggressiveness.
- Standalone supermarket with separate focus and bringing all the stand alone under Key accounts.
Experience & Qualification:
- 5 to 6 years of exp.
- Geographical knowledge and relevant industry working.
- Should be good in analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills, good information management skills and General knowledge of commercial regulations, systems and process.
- Good team player with a involved leadership attributes and motivational abilities
