Key Responsibilities :
- Develop business activities through expansion and management of Distribution network in the specified geography.
- Evaluate performance and monitor distributor sales & marketing activities through target setting & reviewing measures.
- Achieve Sales, Distribution & Visibility Targets, develop Infrastructure, and manage Inventory & receivables.
- Possess total control on System & Administration both at Distribution point & Branch-level through robust sales processes and control systems.
- Establish an efficient & sustainable S&D mechanism for continuous productivity improvement.
- Activate and Manage Sales infrastructure, Re-distributors, Super Distributors, Distributor Salesmen, etc as per aligned activation objectives.
- Meeting all commercial and financial requirements
- Forecast in a manner such that there are no out-of-stocks or excesses.
- Be completely in charge of Appointments, Training / Development of the sales force in the team.
Candidate Requirement:
- Should be a full time MBA
- Bangalore Market work experience is a must
