Area Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities :
- Sales Forecasting and Planning
- Responsible for his/her territory's forecasting and sales tracking
- Increasing market share by developing new customers
- Preparing pipeline of sales accounts
- Taking initiates like promotions, offers and discounts to achieve sales projections
- Ensuring minimum return from stores
- Team Handling
Service Orientation :
- Meeting sales target as defined by National Sales Head.
- Negotiating sales price and discounts in consultation with Zonal Sales Manager
- Following up with prospects for closure of sales
- Addressing customer complaints and fulfilling requirements within time
- Providing after sales support to the customer
- Ensuring on time collection from customers
- Monitoring and validating costs and ensuring they are within budget limits for the region
- Visit retail outlets regularly to monitor implementation of sales and promotional initiatives
Reporting :
- Monitoring sales and related data and drawing inferences to propose future course of action
- Weekly sales report submitted to NSH.
- Maintain documentation such as contracts, agreements, TOTs, GRNs, NRGP with customers
- Provide timely feedback regarding performance of the dealers and distributors to the NSH.
- Preparing and sending collection reports to the National Sales Head on a periodic basis.
Interpersonal Skills :

- Good negotiator (value-based selling)
- Excellent analytical thinking
Sales Experience required in beauty and personal care industry (mandatory)
