Designation: Area sales manager

- Channel optimization for Instax Products

- Retail Reach Expansion, and stock penetration

- Store level stock placement and sell out monitoring on day to day basis strictly according to the target given.

- Training and mentoring sales promoters & partner sales team on product and skills to promote Instax

- DSR and monthly report generation for review

- New distributor appointment, where required or if infrastructure or Capital inadequate with the current partner to service the market.

- Direct trade partner appointment.

- To Increase the reach of non-working dealers under distributor/or direct from the focus list given.

- To ensure effective monitoring of promoter performance, enhance competence to take on depth of distribution at store level.

- Proper volume and value target deployment to take minimum 20% counter share for Instax at each store level (Be it Photo, CE, TOY, Gift and LFR Channel)

- Ensure effective coverage and management of retail outlets and Online Channel, sell in should equal to sell out every month, display hygiene/quality check & promoter retention.

- Identify & populate stores with Instax branding and display as per marketing guidance and norms of the company.

- Work on creating the ecosystem for Instant Cameras and films, associate with top photographers, magazines, conduct marketing activities directed towards Instax.

- Ensure business hygiene of the dealer & distributor.

- Achieve monthly, quarterly & annual budget as per KRA

- Identifying the areas of improvement and key business growth areas.

- Ensure good Product Displays & brand visibility in our entire target / focus outlets

- Regular visit of Channel Partners / Key Accounts / Corporate Customers / Outlets in his area.

- Conduct Business Review Meetings with all channel partners on quarterly basis for his area.

- Settlement of channel Partner claims / issues on time for his area.
