- Role - ASM
- Direct Reportees: 5-6 onroll Sales Officers
- Territory : Mumbai
- Reporting Manager : Sales Manager
- Hierarchy : Zonal Head - SM - ASM - SO - ISR
Role Overview: To achieve the given sales target of the HQ/location assigned, control the Sales team consisting of Sales Officers and Interim Sales Representatives, (ISR's) manage sales force, implement local activities to improve sales and increase network and deliver results in line with the organizational expectations.
Key Responsibilities: - Discuss & set clear targets for his team members in alignment with the SM & to track the fulfillment.
- Form an efficient & effective team that is perfectly cooperating with all internal & external partners.
- Control the sales team reporting to him to achieve the KRA's allocation to each member.
- Initiatives to cease every opportunity to increase the sales in accordance with the company's policies & strategies.
Distribution Infrastructure:
- Strategize various routes of expanding distribution.
- Drive automation initiatives.
- Fine-tune & monitor execution.
- Take proactive initiatives & monitor results.
Designing and execution of sales promotional activities:
- Coordinate with RSM to formulate various local activities in his region.
- Allocate resources required to implement the local activities.
- Influencing brand managers to support local initiatives.
- Innovations, which are cost effective & replicable.
- Monitor results.
