Urgently looking for - Area Sales Manager
Location : Pune.
Reports to : Sales Head
Experience : At least 04 to 15 years of experience in FMCG HORECA.
CTC can go up to the 18 Lacs
Key Responsibilities:
- Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
- Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
- Demonstrating or presenting products to the Customers.
- Checks on competitive activity and develops new methods of attaining resellers and assisting resellers in attaining new accounts.
- Responsible for identifying appropriate consumer offers, distributor offers, incentive/QPS for channel partners for enabling sales/off take and deploying in timely manner.
- Responsible for following and ensuring adherence of company policies and framework across the sales team and stakeholders.
- Reviewing proposals on new customer, new markets, new distributors for market expansion, better service to target consumer or market growth.
