Area Sales Manager-FMCG- Raipur

We are looking for Area Sales Manager for one of our reputed client in FMCG Sector.

Location: Raipur

Job Description:

1. Delivering Sales Target assigned to Zone/Area.

2. People Management- Maintaining conductive professional relationship with all the business partners.

3. Managing Team- Keeping them motivated, providing guidance, monitoring performance.

4. Driving LSP, Visibility campaigns and new product launch.

5. Monitoring Budget and utilizing the same to optimum level.

6. Managing Depot- ensuring proper cliam management, handling compliance issue.

7. Analyzing competition scenario & reporting the same. MIS handling.

Job Specification:

1. Candidates from reputed FMCG companies will be preferable.

2. Education qualification: MBA

3. Experience: Should have Min 3 yrs of experience as an ASM only.

4. Fluent in English & Local Language.
