Role –Area Sales Manager
Purpose of the Job - The role is responsible for
- Achieve overall & brand wise sales targets for the Traditional Trade channel
- Management relationship with channel partners(distributor) and cutomers (retailers)
- Expanding coverage basis competition benchmarking
- Prepare channel specific strategy for various channels
- Reward and Recognition programme for team, business partners and trade
Competencies
Vendor/3rd party management, Project Management, Work team effectiveness, Discipline, Customer Business Solutions.
Requisite
- MBA from a premier institute
- 3-6 years of Experience
