We are looking out for an FMCG sales professional based in Patna region in central India coming in with at least 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
You will be responsible for achieving the primary and secondary sales targets across all the channels in the region while also overseeing the distribution piece.
Location: Patna

Responsibilities:
1. Planning and forecasting monthly sales numbers for the region.
2. Managing the channels and associated costs.
3. Tracking competition and making counter strategies.
4. Allocating manpower in different areas depending upon individual capabilities.
Requirements:
1. Post-Graduate with 3+ years of FMCG sales experience preferably into beauty, personal care, skin care or colour cosmetics.
2. Prior experience of managing the rural channel, General Trade as well as Modern Trade business.
3. Strong analytical and influencing skills.
4. Strong team management skills.
5. Mandatory experience in the local geography.
