Experience-3 yrs to 5 yrs

Job Description:-
- Driving the top line and the bottom line of the business - responsible for the PnL of the region taking into consideration the margins on each of the product lines basis all costs.
- Monitoring the efficiency of the supply chain and the CFA by providing timely improvements in supply chain efficiency, timely audit of CFA functioning, etc.,
- Developing and maintaining relationships with the Modern trade.
- Timely trade promotions and localized marketing activities - plan, execute and monitor promotional activities for all product lines through a sales promotion executive.
- Business analysis, forecasting and timely reporting - Monitoring zone wise, beat wise sales data and competitor.
- Devising appropriate promotions and activities in order to drive up business.
- Creating zone specific pricing and promotions [trade and consumer promotions] in order to maximize the market share and profitability.
