Executive Hiring is looking for an ASM looking after the of Karnataka, based at Bangalore.
An MBA with at least 3-4 years of work experience in Sales in an FMCG. Candidates with less than 3 years of work exp. will not be entertained for this role.
KRA's -
- Volume and Value targets by Month, QTR & Year
- Planning and Forecasting.
- Ensuring delivery of process KPI .
- Coach field force to improve sales capabilities to achieve executional excellence through planned field contacts.
- Pioneering executional excellence by building sales capabilities through coaching of field force.
- Ensuring Targeted distribution & display in his area as per Targets given.
- Execute trade marketing initiatives through field force.
- Achieving control targets in terms of FG&A and overheads.
- Ensuring the right caliber people are motivated and trained to achieve ambitious business plans consistently.
- Demonstrating exemplary leadership behavior by providing return on investment to stakeholders through continuous monitoring of agreed norms and service levels
- Ensure the area team consists of the right caliber people who are motivated and trained to achieve ambitious business plans consistently.
- Responsible for ensuring return on investment to distributors this continuous monitoring of agreed norms and service levels.
