JOB ROLE :
- Handling a value business of 100+ crores
- Responsible for handling sales operations and consistent sales growth
- Implementing sales promotion activities and product launches as a part of brand building and market development effort.
- Expanding retail network and product reach in the market.
- Identifying key accounts and strategically securing profitable business.
- Demand Planning at an SKU level, forecasting and inventory management, go-down operations.
- Responsible for tracking and enhancing professional growth of subordinates
