Job Purpose:
This position will overlook the sales contribution through the General Trade channel in Pune area.
Responsibility:
- Delivering Sales Target assigned to Zone /Area
- People Management – Maintaining a conducive professional relationship with all business partners.
- Managing Team – Keeping them motivated, providing guidance, monitoring performance.
- Driving Local sales promotion schemes, Visibility campaigns and new product launches.
- Monitoring Budgets and utilizing the same to optimum level.
- Managing Depot – ensuring proper claim management, handling compliance issues.
- Analyzing competition scenario & reporting the same. MIS reporting
Skills/Qualifications:
- Candidates with FMCG exposure at a managerial level
- Education Qualification: MBA ( Tier I / II Bschools)
- Experience: 3 + years of experience as a manager.
- Fluent in English & local language.
Salary offered:
INR 16,00,000 to 17,00,000 P.A.
Candidate Description:
A potential candidate for this role is one who carries a minimum 3 years' experience as AM in an established FMCG organisation. The candidate should be MBA from a leading business school (only Tier I and Tier II schools will be considered).
The candidate should be fluent in English and local language to cater to the Pune market for our client which is a high growth FMCG company in the country.
As a pre-requisite for the role, the candidate should be highly competent in managing people and delivering results by implementing organisational strategies through people. Needless to mention that the candidate should carry mature head and strong soft skills such as influencing, negotiation, people management, etc. skills.
