1. Width - Beat Plans, New Merchant Opening, Sub-Dealer Appointment / Milk Run Routes.
2. Depth - Top Merchant Management, Loyalty Programs, QPDS.
- Set up effective review systems for the frontline sales team.
- Market Execution: Implementation of Schemes & Trade Marketing plans in the geography assigned.
- Manage Urban, Semi-Urban & Rural Markets.
- Report Competition Activities across categories & State performance to Sales Manager on monthly basis.
